Teen Workshop: Printmaking & Protest | June 17 & 18 | 13 – 18 years

Raise your voice, meet other teens, and create art for a cause you care about in this two-day workshop for artists ages 13 – 18. We’ll begin by exploring the museum’s current exhibition, Personal to Political: Celebrating the African American Artists of Paulson Fontaine Press, to explore the printmaking techniques artists use to advocate through their work. Then we’ll head to the studio to print, stencil, and create our own posters while learning the best tactics to spread our message far and wide. All materials and snacks are included with admission. 

Runs June 17 & 18 for campers ages 13 - 18, 10 am to 2 pm.
